Do I have to subscribe?

No. You can always buy as a one-time purchase. Subscriptions are for people who want consistency without reordering.

How do subscriptions work?

Select the subscription option on eligible products, choose your frequency, and check out as normal. Your order will automatically renew at that interval until you pause or cancel.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

Yes. You can manage everything anytime through your subscription portal in your account.

When will I be charged?

Your payment is processed when your subscription order is scheduled to be prepared for dispatch. We’ll send a reminder beforehand so you can make changes.

Can I change products or delivery frequency later?

Yes. If your routine changes, you can update your products and delivery timing.

What if I need to cancel an order that’s already processing?

If an order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I return subscription items?

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are typically only accepted for products that are new, unused, and unopened (unless defective or required under Australian Consumer Law). Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
