OptiChoice Sodium Hyaluronate 0.4% is a high-strength, preservative-free lubricating eye drop designed for people who need more relief than a standard drop can give. With 0.4% sodium hyaluronate (4 mg/mL) — double the concentration of Hylo Forte (0.2%) — it’s one of the strongest sodium hyaluronate drops available.

Sodium hyaluronate is a naturally occurring molecule prized for its ability to bind water. At this higher concentration, OptiChoice forms a thicker, more cushioning layer over the surface of the eye, helping it stay hydrated and comfortable for longer between drops.
